- Shipping Methods & Rates -

Shipping options available are:

  - Next Day Air - Arrives on the next business day.

  - 2nd Day Air - Arrives end of day on the 2nd business day.

  - 3 Day Select - Arrives end of day on the 3rd business day.

  - Ground - Arrives within 1-7 business days. 

* Depending on the total weight of the item(s) you purchase, the shipping destination and the shipping method, your shipping rate will vary. Your total shipping & handling charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

* Currently, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or locations outside of the U.S.

* Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case where you wish to return any portion of your order or cancel your order after it has already been shipped.

* A prepaid return label is included with every shipment.  If this label is lost, damaged or stolen, we cannot issue another.  Shipping costs for returns or exchanges, then, will be the customer's responsibility.

* If a package is returned to us by our carrier after 3 delivery attempts or a refusal, we are happy to reship for you, but will charge for the reshipment.  Reshipment charges are the same as your original shipping cost.  In the case where free shipping was redeemed, standard ground shipping charges will be applied.

* Free ground shipping promotion with orders of $100 or more is limited to orders below $400

We offer Free In store returns & free exchanges

We are happy to process your return or exchange promptly.  For a full refund, please make sure to return items within 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns received after 7 days from the date of purchase will receive store credit only.  

* All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.

* Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive your return and process your request. Once your return is processed, we will send   an email or give you a call with confirmation of your credit, exchange shipment or arrange for payment.

* In the case that you return any portion of your order, the shipping costs are non-refundable.

* Customers may return or exchange any products unless clearly used.
